Let’s talk about our Quarterly program and why it works so well. When we come out to do the Initial Treatment on a home, the technician inspects around the home and removes any visible and accessible wasp nests as well as spider webbing on the exterior. They then treat the home with a liquid barrier paying particular attention to entry points such as doors, windows and vents. The technician then applies a granule barrier around the foundation of the home on all soft surfaces. From there, the technician moves inside and fogs the crawl space and applies a general pest barrier along the baseboards, interior window frames and door frames. If there is an attached garage the technician will treat this area as well. Lets not forget that interior mice issues are also included in your plan, so if you have mice we will bait them in the crawlspace and attic spaces and place our easy to use traps inside to ensure that any mouse in your home is caught and easily disposed of.
We then come out 4-6 weeks later to begin your first Quarterly treatment. The reason that we only wait 30 to 45 days between the Initial treatment and First Quarterly treatments is to break up the egg hatching cycles. From there we continue to treat the home every 90 days to keep a barrier up around your home to keeps the bugs out. We offer a guarantee with all of out Quarterly Plans so if you have any issues with bugs or interior mice problems in between your regularly scheduled visits we will come out and retreat the home for free. This is especially great for anyone having ant, elm-seed bug, boxelder bug and mice issues in or on their home.
