There are many important roles that come into play when running a pest control company. The Technicians that go out and service our customers, our sales people that bring in new business, and our lovely office guys/gals that help with calls, billing and scheduling appointments. Our goal at Barrier is to bring the best service and treatments to our people and one of the ways that we achieve that is by hiring the best staff! Each role is unique in and of itself and how it helps Barrier Pest Control run, but I wanted to highlight some of the things that we in the office do to keep everyone happy and pest free!
First of all we have our Amazing Office Managers Marie and Ben!
Marie manages all the office girls and all of our clients, as well as scheduling the routes for all our Technicians and ordering supplies. Ben manages all of our Fantastic Technicians. He is also in charge of Hiring and Training new Techs, along with specialty services such as Termites, Bedbugs, Cockroaches, etc…
Then we have our Awesome sales gal Tami! Tami helps bring in new business and makes calls about specials we are having, as well as checking in on past customers.
Candice really helps run this ship by being in charge of Billing and making sure all payments are made, checks received, and all finances in order. She also helps with customer service and answering phones.
Riley is another one of our lovely office gals. She is mainly in charge of Customer Service and taking phone calls, but she also does our weekly social media posts, and Retreat follow up calls.
