Do you offer financing?

Can you just clean it out without doing the rest?
Absolutely, and a lot of people do. Cleanout and sanitation is a standalone service — construction debris, dead rodents, droppings, nesting material, and trash removed and hauled off. No vapor barrier or encapsulation required.
Do you remove dead animals from crawlspaces?
Yes. Dead mice, rats, birds, and other carcasses are removed, bagged, and disposed of off-site, and we treat the area afterward to address the odor and residue they leave behind.
How long does a crawlspace renovation take?

Vapor barrier vs. full encapsulation — what’s the difference?
A vapor barrier is just a ground covering. Full encapsulation also seals the walls, vents, and all penetrations — converting the crawlspace into a conditioned environment. Encapsulation is significantly more effective.
Will encapsulation reduce my energy bills?
Typically yes. Homes with properly insulated and encapsulated crawlspaces generally see lower heating and cooling costs, though the amount depends on your existing insulation, HVAC condition, and how leaky the crawlspace was to begin with.
