This role supports our Twin Falls service areas—including neighborhoods such as Canyon Ridge, Rock Creek, Morning Sun, Breckenridge, Blue Lakes, and the Historic Downtown Twin Falls district—as well as nearby communities including Jerome, Kimberly, Filer, Buhl, and Hansen.

Position Overview
We are hiring a Pest Control Sales Technician to serve our growing customer base in Twin Falls. This hybrid role blends service, customer education, and sales—ideal for someone who enjoys being outdoors, solving problems, and working directly with homeowners.
You will diagnose pest issues, provide treatments, and recommend ongoing protection plans that help Twin Falls families keep their homes pest-free. Your work directly strengthens customer relationships and helps expand Barrier Pest Control’s reputation throughout the Magic Valley.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Local Sales
Educate homeowners across Twin Falls—especially in neighborhoods like Canyon Ridge, Rock Creek, Breckenridge, Morning Sun, and the Blue Lakes area—about pest activity, treatment options, and prevention strategies.
Identify opportunities to promote seasonal services such as rodent protection, mosquito treatments, spider control, and preventative pest programs.
Build trust with customers by delivering friendly, reliable service that reflects Barrier Pest Control’s reputation across Twin Falls and surrounding communities.
Follow up on customer inquiries and secure new service agreements along your daily route.
Technical / Service Duties
Perform high-quality pest control services for homes and businesses throughout Twin Falls, Jerome, Kimberly, Filer, Buhl, and Hansen.
Inspect structures for pest activity, entry points, moisture problems, and environmental risk factors.
Apply pest control materials safely using company tools, protective equipment, and established procedures.
Document services, materials used, and follow-up recommendations in the company CRM system.
Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle while operating across Twin Falls neighborhoods such as Rock Creek, Canyon Ridge, Morning Sun, Downtown Twin Falls, and the Blue Lakes area.
Team & Operations
Work closely with the Twin Falls office team to coordinate service routes and respond to customer needs.
Participate in ongoing training to maintain Idaho pest control licensing and professional development.
Support local community events and outreach efforts that strengthen Barrier Pest Control’s presence throughout the Magic Valley.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Motivated to earn commissions through educational, no-pressure sales.
Comfortable working independently and managing a daily route across Twin Falls neighborhoods and surrounding communities.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
Willing to obtain Idaho pest control licensing (training provided).
Sales or pest control experience is helpful but not required.
