Summer Sales

Job Description

Our Summer Sales Representatives are the frontline in growing our customer base. Our representatives go door to door to help our customers identify and control the pest issues in their homes. The responsibilities of a Sales Representative include:

• Prospect and contact new leads
• Take and maintain detailed notes of each inspected area
• Create custom estimates
• Make appropriate recommendations based on your observations
• Use sales techniques to close sales

You will spend most of the day on your feet and access attics and crawl spaces as occasion requires. A certain level of personal fitness is necessary to ensure success as a sales representative.

Our effective training methods will help you to make more sales, and our competitive commission rates will pay you more per sale. We limit the number of salespeople we hire and only welcome those who are unbelievably positive and unusually driven.  We have a proven training method to help take the fear out of the sales process. You can expect better pay compared to a $15 an hour job. Your drive and ambition will be the deciding factor in how much you earn. Plus, the experience and confidence you gain will pay dividends in all your future endeavors.

Pest Control Technician

Job Description

The Sales Representative finds the customer, and the Technician keeps them happy. The collaboration between each group is critical to the success of our business. Both groups strive to provide excellent customer service. Each Pest Control Technician will do the following:

• Apply pesticides to the exterior and interior of homes
• Maintain and service equipment
• Develop a friendly relationship with the customer
• Answer questions as they arise
• Keep a schedule and be punctual for each appointment

You will spend most of the day on your feet and access attics and crawl spaces as occasion requires. A certain level of personal fitness is necessary to ensure success as a Pest Control Technician.

The Technician is on the ground with our customers every day. You’ll need outstanding customer service. We will train you to effectively and efficiently use the tools and equipment required for the job. Your friendly personality will be an asset as you provide this essential service. Like our Sales Representatives, we only hire a select few to fulfill our Technician positions. We want to work with the hardest-working and most enthusiastic people.
